REFRACTORY MORTAR FOR CHIMNEY REPAIR AND TURBINE REPAIR FOR THERMAL POWER PLANTS

Product: Factory-mixed refractory mortar on a lime-cement basis with the addition of mineral light aggregates and
additives for chimney interior repair.

Composition: Lime hydrate, cements, sand for mortars, light fillers and additives.

Purpose: Chimney interior repair.

Preparation: Mix ORMAL DIM mortar with clean water using a mixer until a homogeneous mixture is formed
without lumps.

Already mixed mortar must be used within 2 hours. Mortar mixture that has already hardened may no longer
be used. Do not install mortar at temperatures below + 50C or above 300C.
Substrate preparation: The substrate must be clean, dry, free of frozen surfaces, dust-free, non-water-repellent, non-efflorescent, load-bearing and free of loose parts.
Storage: Dry in foil on wooden pallets. Shelf life 12 months.
