Sodium water glass is a solution of sodium silicate in water, a colorless, thick liquid without color or odor.

It is used for bonding fireclay and refractory flour in furnaces exposed to high temperatures.

STORAGE: Keep water glass in storage in closed containers at a temperature above 5 degrees Celsius.

When working, take precautions as with strong alkalis.
