TERMOTORKRETI from Orvis are produced on the basis of aluminosilicate and other raw materials, and can be based on chemical-ceramic hydraulic and chemical bonds.
Refractory concrete for shotcrete is used for shotcrete of furnace fireboxes and flues.
For repairing cracks and other damages of refractory lining.
Especially suitable for making vaults and covers and in all places where the material must have good adhesion and maintain good strength.
They are also used for repairs and protection of refractory lining by shotcrete, which is performed using special machines.
Application of the mass by shotcrete can be done on cold or heated walls.
The masses are delivered mixed with a binder and are prepared by adding the appropriate amount of water.
INSTALLATION
- Refractory concrete is installed by shotcrete and manual application.
- The substrate must be thoroughly cleaned, with welded anchors.
- Mixing of refractory concrete for shotcrete is done in a shotcrete machine.
- For the operation of the shotcrete machine, it is necessary to ensure connection to water (min. 1 bar) and air (min. 6 bar).
- In the case of large-scale works, the work may not be interrupted. After finishing the work, the surface is leveled.
- During the curing period, which lasts 24 hours, if possible, maintain the concrete by occasional wetting.
- Air drying lasts 24 hours, then it is heated to 150 (0C) and kept for 12 hours. The rate of temperature rise from 150 (0C) to 650 (0C) is 15 (0C/h). At 650 (0C), keep the temperature constant for 10 hours, and then heat up to the working temperature at a speed of 50 (0C/h).
- The permissible installation temperature is +5 to +30 (0C), and if it is lower, add anti-freeze additives.
